I decided to write about recipes I've tried that I really liked as well as places I've gone to, as not everyone reading this is in Adelaide, but I'd guess most people reading like to cook! So here's the first new-to-me recipe that I tried and really liked.

I made a few changes, bc I don't have herbs de Provence in my herb collection, and just used rosemary from my garden, dried basil, and I also added a splash of lemon juice as I love that tang. It came together SO well, it was delicious. I highly recommend this, I think the paste would work well on just about anything, I tried it as a dipping sauce as well, and it was just as good.

For something completely different, I highly recommend the lol's of this guy's Twitter (https://twitter.com/ChefReactions), though for the love of all things holy, the "recipes" critiqued are... not things I'd eat. The one with steak and Vegemite and Cheezles especially. *gagging* What a travesty. That poor steak harmed no one. The Cheezles are innocent! Vegemite should never be used that way. As he says, it comes from the land down under--Hell. Not Australia.
